I am a musician, performer, choir specialist and kinesiologist based in Adelaide, South Australia.
Harmony is the underpinning force behind everything I do.
​
I have many years' experience on the live music scene and festival circuit as a cabaret performer, writer, storyteller and piano accompanist.
​
I am also a certified Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiologist, having studied under Nikki Heuskes at Ask the Body Kinesiology and Denise Robinson at By the Bay Kinesiology.
I hold a Graduate Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and a Bachelor of Music Education and Arts from the University of Adelaide. ​

Alongside my creative work, I practise under Inner Resonance Kinesiology, offering gentle, holistic sessions for both humans and animals. Sessions are focused on grounding, balance, and wellbeing, as well as for support through life transitions. You can find me at the Collective Soul Centre, 1202 Old Port Road, Royal Park.

I am the Creative Director at Court & Spark Productions - an independent production company based in Adelaide whose vision is to create engaging and quality intimate cabaret.

I have performed live on ABC Radio Adelaide with Peter Goers, RTR FM in Perth and the Janice Forsyth show on BBC Radio Scotland.
​
I also run Bootleg Choir - Adelaide's own 'Pub Choir' style event open to singers of all skill levels and abilities! Along with Bootleg Choir is our sister event, Park Choir - a free community 'pop-up choir' event set against the vibrant backdrop of Adelaide's summer and autumn seasons.
